Eats that are Good for the body, and changes in diet and such

So it shouldn't be a surprise to those that know me, but I've not been eating red meat. I've pretty much cut that out of my food groups. While I've been a pretty lame vegetarian, in that I still eat fish and chicken, I try to keep to what I say I'll do. That being said, I've tried a good variety of meat substitutes here and there and alternative products. Some work and some..well I probably just don't know quite how to cook with them just yet.

I've been giving it some thought and I finally came to the decision to stop eating fish and chicken, and other poultry. At least for a while, starting like next week or so. I'd start this week but I've still got some salmon left in the freezer and dammit I plan to eat it!!...and I might want to get hot wings soon <.<  >.>  But for those of you who might be wondering where I'll get my proteins and such from? Well I usually buy stuff from Light life and most of the stuff I usually have is from them anyway. I didn't plan it but it just turned out to work like that. Most recently I've discovered the Field Roast Grain Meat products and I quite like them. While yeah this pretty much means I won't be eating a lot of the foods I love, I'm going to see if this helps my diet any or if I like it enough to continue this path I've taken as a Vegetarian, yet not quite fulfilled.

So..I just felt like saying that. Not sure why really as I never honestly post here, and no one really pays attention anyways XD!!.
