Okay, so a couple of years ago I gave up maybe 80% of the processed food I was eating, and since then I've lost about 20 pounds without increasing exercise or trying to reduce calories.  I thought it was the processing: the taking out of almost all nutrients then adding back in a handful plus preservative.  Now I'm starting to think it was just the sugar all along.
