So this guy keeps friending me on facebook and I have no idea who he is.

He doesn't have any of the normal apps like, idk, friends... or information... the kind of thing I normally look at to figure out how I might know someone.
Does anyone recognize him? I'm about to block him because the only Snowden I know of was the street that I lived on in Colorado.
