As I finish my final day working here, I got this message from my boss, who made me an aluminum foil origami cube: "it is yours to remind you of your time in the cube farm"; and I'll truly miss my geeky friends here but it is time for me to move forward, I'm sure I'll keep in touch with them.
Thankfully, in these final days I finished my online portfolio (minus server issues....), cleaned out my storage area, donated a bunch of stuff to goodwill, and am getting set to leave tomorrow on my first entirely-alone adventure vacation, where I can canoe that same river and clear my head to be ready to begin a new journey.
