Film Still Project
I'm going to make at least a hundred of these.
I did this a lot on high school a few years ago,
(some of you might even remember)
But I have come to master the technique
more now that I actually have photoshop!
But anyways it's a video journal for
a portraits class that I am taking!
I like them a lot as is, but I might take the media
a step further, and make transfer prints.
However, making these is already a long process,
because it's:
setting up the still, performance,
video taping it, taking pictures of the screen,
then finally editing them on photoshop. Also, the
success rate is pretty low. The video was about 2 min long,
I had about 50 stills, and I only liked four of them as finished products!
Regardless, it's very fun to do, and I secretely love performance art,
even though I would be much too shy to actually do it in front of people!
