Miku was pleasantly surprised to find her Master's attention more and more on her lately. It was so much, in fact, that he had even turned off her wireless capabilities because he got so jealous at the thought of her talking with anyone - even other Vocaloid models. Updates were out of the question, he said yesterday, and he could take care of her if she got a virus. He even got rid of his cat because he thought she was spending too much time looking at the thing.
This was what it must feel like to have really truly reciprocated love with a human being. She had thought for a while these sort of thoughts and feelings might be what separates humans from robots, that what she thought she felt wasn't really feelings at all but just some technical glitch. Seeing her Master like this now though, she knew she couldn't have been wrong to have all those things she now knew were feelings.
She hummed to herself as she made dinner for the two of them. He was okay with her doing that, because she told him that doing things like that made her happy, because she could think about sharing them with him. He'd seemed to believe her, and she couldn't help smiling more as she felt his eyes on her. He was sitting at the kitchen chair, staring at her and nothing else.
She couldn't remember being this happy or fulfilled before. She only hoped she made him feel the same way.
