Characters: Bernkastel and realityshifted. Location: YOUR REALITY Time: Anytime. Summary: Bernkastel goes visiting the realities of people. You should probably redirect her attention. Warnings: None as of yet.
Her reply is simple. A few black cats rub up against her legs... her familiars were always magnetic to her form, no matter what she took up, or where she went. They weren't the kind who would rip away arms, but their presence in numbers usually marked hers. She smiles in a way that is unnatural for even her. It's meant to look genuine, but in reality, it was the same kind of disgusting smile someone forced when they gave you something you didn't want, and they knew it.
"A voyager witch can go wherever they want, whenever they want." She picks up one of the cats circling her, petting it affectionately, as if she was any ordinary girl. "That has been within my capabilities since before the plane, Satoshi."
And a thoughtful pause, with a smile. "Why is it better if I go?"
"I belong wherever I go. I told you I was born from nothing. That means there is no home for me."
She lets go of the cat, and it circles her before pattering off back to the alley with the rest of the cats. It seems even cats knew when she wanted privacy. "Wandering worlds, though I admit I don't reveal myself as brazenly as I am now often, is my job. My home. My life. The Plane simply connected the dots in the stars and gave me a path to follow."
"Because there is a link. You. There usually isn't one to kakera I visit; there aren't people who make a kakera stand out. The plane changed that."
She says it simply, disregarding his unhappy tone. She knows he's unhappy. He has every right to be. But that doesn't change her choice of being there, or being there as long as she liked... which would probably only be a few more hours before she got bored and moved along.
She'll simply tend to the cats before eventually growing bored of the world if he'll simply up and leave her alone, and go back to the plane before tracing the line to another world.

"I can explore just a little, can't I?"

She doesn't need to follow.
