Summary: Mu tries to help Misaki get to NPA headquarters to find out wtf is going on.

The plane was like a breath of fresh air. What they returned to was, in Misaki's eyes at least, disaster breeding disaster. Two teenage boys were smashing the windows of the nearest electronics store while car, store, and neighborhood alarms all screamed meaningless warnings. In the distance Misaki heard the rumble of another collapse.
"We need to hurry." It took a moment for her to orient herself--and when she did nervous energy sparked through her. Less than a mile from the home office.
