[The feed shows Athrun in a gym battle. This time, though, there's no sling on his left arm. He's not moving it as much as his right, but otherwise it's healed quite well.
The battle itself was a three-versus-three Single Battle match, though Athrun hadn't used any Pokémon except for Justice. Thanks to some impressive use of Agility and Double Team, Justice was avoiding hits, and was exploiting even the smallest openings in Morty's ghosts' defenses with Focus Energy-augmented Night Slashes.
Now it was down to his Gengar, which was being a little trickier.]

We may not be able to hit your Scyther, but we have other ways of dealing damage! Gengar, Curse!
[Gengar placed a curse upon Justice. If Athrun didn't claim victory within four attacks, Justice would faint.]
You're putting everything on the line, aren't you? Now that your Gengar has used curse, one Night Slash is all we'll need to take it down!
That's right, but first you'll need to actually land a hit!
Justice, on your left!
[Justice slashed at Gengar, but it disappeared and reappeared right behind it. It tried to use Lick, but Justice managed to dodge and countered with another Night Slash. Once again Gengar went intangible and avoided being hit. Gengar tried to use Shadow Ball, but Scyther rocketed up into the air.]
...All right. Justice, charge, and don't use Night Slash until I say so!
[Justice flew straight at Gengar. Once again, once Gengar was within range, it went intangible...but Justice didn't attack. It flew straight through. Once it was on the other side and Gengar's intangibility had worn off...]
NOW!
[Justice spun around and nailed Gengar straight across the back. Gengar fell to the ground, knocked out. Athrun had won the match.]
I'm really impressed. I've never seen a Scyther handled that well -- or been beaten by a single Pokémon before like that. Take this badge -- you've earned it.
