*Except my friends that work there.
Honestly! I went to buy ONE packet of tic tacs today. The express aisles were like, full, so I lined up in this chic's queue. WELL, she said "It's closing" and I showed her my ONE FREAKIN' ITEM that would have taken her like an extra MAX 30 seconds to process, and she still refused. So I refused to buy it, and won't shop there for awhile. I just put my one item down and walked out. FINE! IF you don't want my business then I won't give it to you. NOR to BIG W who also suck at customer service big time! Maybe that's why they keep advertising that their staff are friendly and helpful etc - to lull the consumer into a false sense of security to lure them to the store. Or maybe, the staff don't live up to the commercials on purpose - they want to sabotage Woolworths on purpose so that we return to small village runs stores instead of chain-conglomerates.
So, shop at Coles Myer. The staff there are ALWAYS helpful and they treat their customers RIGHT. So if you want a good shopping experience, shop there or at your local like fruit/butcher/bakery shops. Because they actually WANT your business and appreciate it...NOT like Woolworths.
So, I wouldn't want to work there either (at a Woolworths store) because it would look BAD on my resume.
