Chocolate&Cinnamon Cupcakes.
Made them for our last club meeting.
I'd forgotten my camera but someone took ONE picture for me. I didn't want to use just an ordinary cake mix, so I modified a Devil's Food mix. I had filled half of them with a cinnamon cream cheese frosting (left the other half because some people were lactose intolerant). Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures of those :( I had a blast making them. They were a hit. I'll have to make them again & take pictures :)
10 page paper due in about 10 hours. I'm on page 3. Crap.
2 Finals left: 1 on Thursday and 1 on Friday. And then: FREEDOM.
I can't believe that in a matter of five days my undergraduate career will be over.
General Commencement is Tuesday. Wow.
And now, to pull my last all-nighter. EVER :)
