Opinions on the second episode (Raw)
I don't understand Japanese, but I watched the raw anyway because I was too impatient to wait :D So what does everyone think so far? Maka's voice has been discussed already, here as well as around the internet, so let's leave that aside, especially since Maka and Soul weren't the focus of episode two.
I think Black Star's voice fits pretty well. And they kept his peeping scenes too, lol. Poor Tsubaki ;_; Not so sure about Mifune's voice, but he's not a very big character so I guess it doesn't really matter. Angela was so cute!!!!!! When she flew in and crashed into Mifune I totally squealed - she's adorable! Awww :3 I CANNOT WAIT FOR EPISODE THREE. DEATH THE KID!!! Possibly my favorite character (besides Soul Eater, hehe). The end of the preview when he crooks his fingers (symmetrically placed rings, of course) totally made me laugh. I wish there were more scanlations of the manga, but now that the anime is out (subs too), I won't be feeling as impatient :D
Also, question: which group has better subs, Saizen or Generation neXt?
