so far the bunnies have been less work and more fun than I expected. Saffron is kind of a bitch, but I think it's funny, esp given her namesake. (And she doesn't bite, yay). Shepherd Book is just like a sweet old man. They've inspired me to finish work on the guest room and bunny-proof the whole thing so that they can have more room to explore/zoom.
I think it's starting to get a little better.
today I feel sad, but... also kind of like I'm seeing things, feeling what I feel, and responding to it instead of just blindly reacting in a quest to *not* feel things. This does mean it's taken me about three hours to get out of bed, shower, dress, and give the buns a morning treat/medicine. but it's actually still an improvement. mindfulness yay.
