;_; I want to give you a hug, Girisha.

This was melancholic indeed. There is that sense of loss (especially with German occupation of the Greek lands in the backdrop, but still constantly there) - the loss of the Grecian's freedom, and also a sense of loss in part because Japan is physically so far away from Greece that Greece can only take comfort in reading the letter. What makes it even sadder is that while the letter holds a promise of Japan's reply, is how Greece breaks their diplomatic ties later in the year... or at least, I assume that's what might happen as a continuation of this story. In short, this is sweet and sad and a nice exploration of their relationship in history. And Grecian names for cats ~ ♥♥♥

Oh um, there's just one thing that confuses me about the Japanese sentence you used: "Watashi mo, itoshi, anata ga inakute sabishii."

Did you mean "itoshii(愛しい)" instead, which translates to "beloved"? I think the sentence sounds more like "My beloved also, you I miss" (literal translation here)... which I suppose paraphrased should roughly mean "I miss you too, my beloved."

But I'm not very sure, since my Japanese is limited; I'm just wondering and taking a wild guess here. Sorry ^^;
