Last night was the meaning of holiday. I had all of my besties (Bri, Lilly, Josh, and of course Jesse) to party with. I made this vegan dip in order to please Bri. It involved vegan chilli, vegan black refried beans, a can of kidney beans, and some sort of soy whipped cream with chives and spices. It was the best dip I have ever made.

That dip was a special slice of heaven. Food like that makes veganism totally do-able and delicious. We must trade recipes. Immediately. I, too, remember the seven layer masterpiece that you made. Beans are magic.
