I really wish everything was not so expensive.
I wish everything was just a little bit easier.
I wish i did not have to deal with certain things.
I wish for world peace.
Most of all however i wish i could remember how to write a successful close reading of a text.
I guess it doesnt help that in my determination to procrastinate i have decided to check up on my blog that i havent added to for a long period of time. But procrastination in as procrastination does.
Frankie my cat is giving me the cold shoulder because i went home for two weeks and left him with my housemate, he looked happy to see me at first but he slept in the spare room last night and i knew his lack of prescence meant that i have some serious making up to do. Yes this is a cat not a partner. Nor is he a child subsitute before anyone asks. Instead he is my little good deed as i fetched him from a rescue centre and he was all miserable so i took him into my warm home and THIS IS THE THANKS I GET. Little git. I heart him!!
Better get back to these close reading. Sons and Lovers and The Castle of Otranto. Suuuuper.
