My ramblings or whatever - We're having a party
OK, here I go with my ramblings.
Starsky's POV
Note: For what I've searched, this could be called drabble. If not, just consider it as some ramblings of my mind
It's been a year since the shooting. It's been a year since I died for 3 minutes. Or it was longer? Don't remember exactly. I only know I had to come back.
I had to come back for Hutch and for myself. We're a team, the Dinamic Duo, and we need each other to go on fighting on the streets as we've always wanted to.
And today we're having a party to celebrate life. An anniversary party to celebrate I'm almost 100 % healthy. I feel stronger each passing day, and with faith I'm going to get back to the streets at last.
Yeah, Hutch and I will be back and I have to thank most of all to him. Hutch, my best friend, my brother. He who never gave up on me, even during the most difficult moments, he supported me. He stood by my side even when I was a jerk with him 'cause the pain was unbearable and I wanted to give up.
We're having a party to celebrate we've made it together, as only best friends do.

It's been a year since the shooting. It's been a year since I've almost lost him. It still gives me the creeps thinking I could've lost my best friend, my brother in life.
But God gave us the opportunity of going on together on the force - though I'd rather have him in a safer place.
We're having a party today to celebrate he's alive and almost 100 % healthy. It was a hard job to keep up with his bad temper when pain overtook him. But I've always known his stubbornness, and knew deep inside he didn't want to give up. And we didn't give up.
We're having a party today to celebrate life is good nevertheless and I have my best friend, my brother back.
