Had my first run on Sunday. I still can't believe how much pain 15 minutes of running has caused me. I STILL hurt from Sunday! Of course, I'm sure it doesn't help that I ran again today. Speaking of which, I felt much better about this run. I performed better (even with tired legs) than on Sunday, though only probably noticeable by me. I also discovered that I ran 1 and 3/4 miles in that 15 minutes, because the track I ran on in the wellness center was 1/8 of a mile long and I did 14 laps. It was awesome. My shoes are REALLY comfortable. I noticed on my first run that I'm running on the outer edge of my feet. When I tried to fix it, I felt more tired. Probably just a psychological thing. I'll work on it.
