Shia was almost exasperated; she'd been so glad to be home, but she'd landed right back where she started. She'd packed thoughtfully, carefully packing her dolls that she'd received for Christmas, her new gowns that Lussuria had given her, everything she'd need. She also tucked Mewtwo's gift carefully into a purse that she hung at her shoulder and then grabbed the remains of her staff (it had grown in strength as she had, and the feeling of its familiar weight combined with that was almost comforting.) Taking a deep breath, she once again stepped into Mewtwo's home on New Island as if stepping through a door.

She found herself smiling slightly when she came out the other side; something about the familiar place was almost a bit nice. A place where she knew she was safe.
