I learned about local dishes in the class today. Some students presented about their local's. I could know that there are many traditional foods in Japan. One of my English classmates, kf1984, told us about local dishes in Ehime. Ehime is one of the famous places for mikan (orange), and it has "mikan zushi". When I heard it, I was very surprised! I can't image the taste... I would like to try to eat it!!
What kind of sushi do you like??
