i am blessed with Love of Yaoi Lord, so i could visit our Holy land back then in May 19th 2012.
Despite that i have a very high-expectation, i traveled to japan with two non-anime lover. so i don't dare to even spoke what yaoi is to them. Then while they roaming around Seibu searching high and low for brand-stuff clothes or souvenirs, all i have to do is sneaking and have my way to the Holy Land of Maiden, Otome Road.
Believe or not in Blood-type stereotype, i do have a very high inclination of B Blood Type - I Have a very bad map direction. The Journey From Seibu Ikebukuro to Animate near 60 sunshine bldg seems so long and windy. I was using wrong "Lotteria" as a landmark and landed near starbuck and then i realized that i have gone to north... (i should heading to east). after several tissue packs that i get from the girls that advertising restaurant and nail salon and also a host that called (yay XD), hide behind Toyota Amlux building, it revealed, the entrance of Otome Road, Animate Flagship Store.
Thanks to cute girl near shakey's that helped me with her google map and to another cute girl near Tokyu Hand so i could find the 8 story building (or 9.. i forget) in that windy night. It's already 7.30 PM when i hit the first Floor of Animate. Lots of cute food, ranging from chopper candy-drop until rilakuma pancake kit-kat were here. Yandere blueberry snacks, seme-senbei... too much BL stuffs that will make your wallet bleed dry... even i was starting to debate my self should i buy that Ciel tea-bag set or that cute pinkish manju with bishie (that i dunno from which anime or game) or that cute choco-banana mochi. i forget what come after 1st floor, my memories seems foggy, i do find manga,artbooks, DJ, lots of pen and maga equipment here, boards with upcoming release (with small yellow paper with name and release date i dunno what is for), t-shirt, mugs, cushion, gachapon, figure trading. the store only up to 7th floor, the 8th or 9th i forget, only to special occasion.
I want to squeeee from excitement... but then i realized that i came here alone. I bet it would be doubled or tripled my fun if i was here with one or two of my fujoshi-friends. maybe if i came here with a fujoshi i could even booking two seats at Swallow tail butler cafe or visiting neko-cafe near there. I wish Lord gave me another chance to visit japan and explore the entire Otome road, Not only the entrance.
