i just got back from my first swimteam practice. wow
you know how you usually end up sore the NEXT day .. well i've already hit that sore stage. that was rough. we did "land exercise" for 30 minutes. that involved running and crunches, super man, up-squats, things like that. kinda rough i'd say. then we had to swim for an hour. lap after lap.
i'll stop complaining and talk about how much i liked it now. it was soo much fun. i'm so glad i joined. and plus i'm doing it with kate ash and jennie (my best friends) so i think we'll end up even closer, which is really exciting.
