After watching the video again, i still don't think the force that they used was excessive. The guy was breaking the law and was continually resisting arrest. Plus, it's not just a matter of being unarmed. He started to run, and they couldn't just let him get away. They brought him down with non-lethal force. Would you have rather they shot him in the knee caps?

You don't get to throw food at drunk people because that's not your responsibility, nor have you been given the authority to do so. That's not part of your job. Your job is to serve them, drunk or not. Society has given cops the responsibility and authority to use force if necessary in a situation like that. I'm sure if some cops came into your restaurant and got annoyed by some drunk people, those mother fuckers would get tazed too. But that's not your decision to make. Plus, those drunk people probably aren't breaking any laws. Naked Wizard was.

Also, i would like to put this out there. I may really be asking for it here, but i don't think getting tazed is as bad as they say. I think if you're not expecting it, a shock of like 10,000 volts or however much it is will take you down easy. But i think if you're expecting it, you can take it. I'd like to propose that given the opportunity and enough money, i would get tazed. Think about it, everyone.

Pacemaker or not, like Chris said, if you're gonna be a jerk, you're gonna get tazed.
