Eleanor's Timeline
1971- Eleanor’s parents are married
1975- Eleanor’s elder brother, Nathaniel, is born.
1983- Eleanor is born.
1986- Nathaniel starts school at Hogwarts, and is sorted into Ravenclaw. Eleanor misses her brother terribly, and wishes to join him. She soon stats showing signs of magic herself.
1989- Eleanor’s younger brother, and her parent’s last child, Henry, is born.
1993- Nathaniel completes his education at Hogwarts, and is hired at the Ministry of Magic in the Department of Transportation.
1994- Eleanor starts school at Hogwarts. She is sorted into Hufflepuff.
1997- After Dumbledores death, Eleanor’s mother begins seriously planning how to escape with her family into the muggle world. She is against sending Eleanor back to Hogwarts, but Eleanor and her father convince her otherwise.
1999-
Jan: When Hogwarts is destroyed Eleanor’s mother decides that it is time to hide. They completely abandon their home, and withdraw all their money from Gringotts (having it converted to pounds). The family, except for Nathaniel who is of age and loath to leave his job, relocate to Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire.
Feb: Eleanor’s mother takes a job at a muggle pub.
April: Eleanor joins her mother at the pub, and becomes friends with the landlady, Sally.
2000-
Nov: Nathaniel is killed in the first attack on the Ministry of Magic. Eleanor’s mother, in her grief, destroys her wand and vows to stay out of the wizarding world forever. She destroys the Wireless (the family’s last link to the wizarding world) and chases away their owl. When she tries to destroy Eleanor’s wand, Eleanor hides it from her.
Dec: Eleanor’s father repairs the Wireless without his wife’s knowledge. He and Eleanor begin to listen to it in secret. Eleanor begins to put half of her wages from the pub into a savings account.
2001-
Summer: Eleanor meets a muggle boy named Matt, who takes a summer job at the pub to help fund his education at the University of Gloucestershire. They begin dating. He is Eleanor’s first real boyfriend.
2002-
June: After a year of dating Matt, Eleanor gives him her virginity.
2002-
Summer: Matt finishes at University, and settles nearby in Cheltenham. He and Eleanor begin to talk about moving in together, and even possibly marrying in the future. Eleanor feels this is a big step, and begins to struggle with weather or not to tell his that she is a witch. She decides to put him off as long as possible about moving in, and keeps her secret to herself.
2004-
April: Eleanor catches Matt with another woman, and breaks things off.
Nov: Eleanor and her father hear the news about Voldemorts death and the end of the war on the Wireless.
Dec: Eleanor moves to Stoatshead Hill.
