One feature of this game will be bi-weekly "town council" meetings in which any character may participate, and at which the "brick by brick" rebuilding of their institutions can go on. To that end, give a brief description of social or practical issues this character would care about (for example, this character is very interested in the new bank, or the new school system, etc).
Characters with whom you see this character interacting often, and nature of relationships (that is, you see a likely or possible romantic relationship with this character, a long-standing friendship with that one, a recent collegial relationship with that one, and a decade-long hate of so and so even though you interact):
