Eternal Path goes Sightseeing in Teldrassil!

It all started when Mahur wanted to tame an owl as a pet. He's a young hunter, easily excited, and the thought of an elegant owl was too wonderful! So we agreed to escort him up into the new World Tree, and even decided to make an open outing of it to all interested parties. Little did we know what chaos the elves would have in store for us.

We started our journey in the Crossroads, and quickly made our way through Ashenvale to the shores of the lake around Astranaar.

We marvel, or at least stare at in bewilderment, Elven architecture.

Ruzska finds herself in this position a lot when elves are around.

At this point we have more than a few elves tailing us, watching our every move. So we stop at the Horde outpost along the Zoram Strand and fish, swim, and dance until the elves decide to leave us alone.

We enter Darkshore, a very creepy glade that lives up to its name.

After a number of deaths and other hardships in Auberdine, we finally make it aboard the boat bound for Teldrassil!

Finally we reach the shores of the World Tree, and walk the docks in search of the portal to the tree's top. We are greeted by no less than thirty elves.

They are all quite hostile to our presence, but we're shielded against their attacks because we aren't wearing our battle colors. Only one elf, Velze, seems interesting in defending the group, and when we run for the portal, he follows us in cat form.

We regroup in the cemetery outside of Dolanaar and summon in the younger ones who had more trouble with Auberdine and the docks.

Finally, we are in Teldrassil! Abbadon immediately leads Mahur off to tame an owl before any more trouble starts. More elves cluster around us, talking in gibberish, frowning at us, but Velze stands by us through it all.

We set up a campfire and take in the scenery while the elves continue to argue amongst themselves in their usual snotty way. Finally, the overwhelming amount of PURPLE gets to us, and we said our farewells.

"Take care, elfies! We prolly no be back coz ju no so nices an' kinna smells. But we had good times!"
