Short Update:
Made it through everything fine yesterday. I've come out of it looking like I have linebackers shoulder pads under my skin and around my neck... plus two very distinct holes on either side of my neck, thereby making it appear I am Dracula's latest love and suckfest. Who'da thunk they'd go in from the sides of my neck rather than just going for my spine through the back of my neck??
Been laying pretty low today, ice packs being my friends. I've had the finest of care and for that I am ever grateful. Think I'll be back around more and better tomorrow. They said just the first couple of days would be "lay low, achy and rough"... add the 30 degree drop in temps (or thereabout) along with the rain and clouds and yep... today qualifies as "looking forward to tomorrow" for all intents and physical purposes...
The good news is: I've not had any burning sensations down my arm into my hand today, no pins and needles! I know it's just "Day 1", but that's a wonderful break in and of itself!
