Things could never be simple when it came to Jess traveling with Dean and Sam. Nothing was simple. Ever. It was always one thing or another that had Jess and Dean fighting and Sam in the middle. They did settle down for a few weeks by renting a house in Southern Texas since they were doing a big hunt. Dean said it was for the little lady (aka Jess), but she got the feeling that he wanted to stay somewhere that was like a family too. She just rolled her eyes every time he tried to say that it didn't matter, that this was for her. She'd settled to making food and keeping to herself while Sam was out of the house investigating. Dean hadn't gone along that day which was weird, usually Dean went everywhere with Sam, that big brother syndrome that seemed to plague him. This time he stayed home with Jess, though she didn't know it yet.

She'd decided to take a shower. The hot water was a nice treat, no hot water one minute and then iceberg city like there was at the hotel suites. Steam bubbled up from under the door and Dean smirked a bit. Yeah, he knew she liked things hot, then why was she with Sammy? Because she loves him, not you., that little nagging voice in the back of his head. He had begun hating it lately. Come on Dean, a girl like Jess could never love you. Dean's eyes narrowed slightly as he pushed his way into the room that was his to go lay down on the bed, stopping short of the bed however hearing the water stop running.

Jess wrapped the towel around her and then took the second one and ruffled her hair with it, trying to get the slightly dirty blond ringlets to stop dripping all over the place. She yawned and slipped from the bathroom heading to her own room down the hall when she felt the arm wrap around her waist and drag her into his room. Dean's room. She just looked at him and then shook her head and went to pull away. Dean wasn't having it. There were no words, just a moment of awkwardness that seemed to pass the two before his hand slid up the bare flesh of her back and pull her to him. One look shared between the two. They knew they were both going to do something that there was absolutely no turning back from. One light flick of her tongue across her lips and Dean took that as a invitation. His mouth pressed against hers softly at first and then when she didn't pull away, it got harder and more needy.

Her back pressed against the wall as their tongues searched out the other, her hands tangled in his hair and one leg coming up to rub against his own. If he didn't have any self control he would have taken her right there. It would have been so easy to do too, one movement of his zipper, hike up her towel a little bit.....

The kiss was heated, like something shared between two forbidden lovers in a closed room so that no one saw them. It lasted for almost ten minutes before they heard the front door close and Sam's voice fill the empty space between them. Dean dropped his hands from Jess and she slipped out, putting on that award winning smile as she went to find Sam. Dean's hands went to the back of his neck, rubbing the soft spot where it was tender from the fingernails of a certain blond girl who had him turned upside down.

Downstairs Jess kissed Sam and then looped an arm around his waist. When she saw Dean come down the stairs she looked down, not ashamed, but avoiding what just happened. It was alright. Dean knew she had a fantasy lover now, not that he could complain much. He'd just kissed his brother's girl. There was something wrong, yet satisfying about doing that to her. He actually liked it.
