my sis is trying to go back to using the weight watchers program. this time though, i'm going to try my best to do it with her so that she sticks to it. my mom will try to join in as well. although it's really hard for all of us to give up (or cut back) on all the food we love to eat!
it's so hard.
i'm always hungry and my tummy makes those ridiculous sounds that embarrass me at work. my sis says i can cheat because i really don't have to do it. but i want to try, right?
we're allowed 20 points a day. we have to calculate everything we eat (or try to) but at least we can still have the other food we want as long as we make sure to not have too much of it. thank goodness for the weight watchers cookbook. it's offering us a few more options. quite a bit of them sound really delicious, actually!
the only thing is, we're ending up spending a bit more money than usual. healthy is expensive. a lot of the really yummy yummy stuff is bad for our health. oh, this is gonna be intense.
