eh don't feel bad. sixteen isnt that great. i've been 16 for 5 months and i don't have a license or a car. heh. yup i suck. i could smoke cigarettes legally now if i chose to (which i don't) but other than that... it's just a freaking hard school year with not many extra benefits...

nope... in north carolina you can smoke at 16, you just can't buy cigarettes till you're 18. goofy i know.
