Interesting weekend!
Hm...I think I enjoyed my weekend :) Friday I cashed my check of a small but useful $58 and worked 2:30-7. Crashed at Brandon's house...one of my friends and I got lucky and had Chris (Brandon's aunt's boyfried) share his...stuff...with us.
Saturday...work 9-5. Fun day! Manager AND assistant manager were on vacation for the weekend, so we had Brenda, a supervisor who would be cosidered 3rd in the line of command, in charge. Brenda is -very- easy going, and really doesn't care what we do as long as we make the place look nice enough for the next day. So...very lenient and pleasant day at work ^_^. No hardass, overweight and intimidating woman (i.e. both the manager AND assistant manager) on my ass XD.
So after work...went on a small drive with someone, just long enough to get myself in a "good" mood for a small but entertaining furmeet. Met up with Gizmo and Zarphus just as they were about to drive to the bowling alley. After we got there Anec shortly arrived, and I was quite hungry, so I took a 5 minute walk to WalMart to get some popcorn shrimp (sooo good!) and an energy drink. Came back to see someone I didn't recognize at all with the group...a new fur I suppose, I don't believe he even has a fursona yet. He seems to be a fairly nice guy. Anyway...I couldn't pay to bowl, but I instead watched them all and took pictures and video with Anec's digital camera. Soon TM and Nox arrived. I had on a shirt depicting a deer rather violently giving it to a hunter anally, and it says "Here's your deer meat, motherfucker!" with the Maine logo and our slogan, "The way life should be." TM and Nox liked it so much they went out and bought one each later that night...I found that quite amusing. Thumbs up when you read this, TradeMark :P
Anyway...the rest of the meet was basic. Just chilling at Gizmo's house. Evetually, at the end of the night Anec (as was planned) and TradeMark ended up crashing at my place. I suppose I am not always the best host...I found it somewhat awkward, because I don't really do much of the same activities as either of them...but it was still nice having Trademark over. I was a little surprised when you accepted my offer dude x3 Thanks though, made me feel a little less unimportant in the Maine scene :P
So...Sunday Sparky stayed over. The usual chilling. It's always a good time hanging out with Sparky. Very easy fur to get along with, for me. Monday (today) he stayed for the day, so I had a good time. I have this week all off from school, so...yay! I only work Sunday for the whole time so....w00t, lots and lots of free time!
Still awaiting my tax return money of $408. Checking the mail daily...
