COLLEGE
sooo i left for college last friday. i can not even type how difficult it was. i hung out with all my friends in the days leading up to my departure. and then the last night, we all went to fridays and then scoops, where we loitered til like 1. I cried like a mo fo. The whole crew was there, stevo, swense, chels, matt bonasia, jack, deniz...i was just a wreck. I don't see how it makes sense to become so close to such wonderful people and then leave to go get what? an education? i would not mind spending all of my time at fridays or someone's house to watch a movie but alas, i was forced against my will to leave and now i am in the collegiate atmosphere.
so the south is not that bad...haha my hair looks like shit here, but that goes with the ridic hot weather and humidity. i really like my roomate. after a mix up with my first room, i got moved two floors below. the room is a confection of pink! but i have a lot in common with maggie, thats my roomie hehe, and i am meeting interesting people each day. as swense asked about the boys past the mason-dixon line, i must say they are mighty cute. they must all congregate at clemson or something because i have never seen such cute, shaggy haired boys ;)
i just had my first class, at 8 am!!! but my prof was like 23 and soo nice. i don't mind getting up that early as long as it is for a history class. i am off soon to go to my calculus class. its so strange not having elaine in either of these classes with me. we were always math and history buddies, and who else can mark the same wrong answers on a test while having the correct work written down and sitting behind each other, but not cheat!!! and i dont know how i am going pass any math class without stevo and cheryl's help. ahhhh! i don't like this whole college thing lol!
