Finished my free ebook today, and bought the next in the series. Hope it's as good as the first. Like I've said, I forget how much I do like to read, and when I get my Nook for xmas, perhaps earlier if I'm a good girl :) I'll actually need it by then. I've got several books already on my apple Touch. It's working, but a smokey alternative to a Nook. The book I read is by Karen Moning, Darkfever. It was free, looked interesting and took me all of 3? 2? days to read. I dunno, not many. Had to actually buy book 2, Bloodfever, Fever Series #2. I really don't want to lug around books, and ebooks are cheaper. This is kewl for me. Now, can I do this from the library?????? AWESOME BEANS if I could. while the are cheap, anywhere from a buck to 14.99 I saw, most are around 7 I saw. Ozzy's and Nikki Sixx's is in the way higher end, but I expected that. I can get those at the library....? Perhaps??? I shall need to put this on my priority list.

Aurora went swimming last week with one of our friends from HS days. She was a good girl. I'm proud. She listened well, or so I was told and did as she was asked. Can't get much better than that. This weekend we did a little adventure and saw the "he's there no more" Butter Jesus that was struck by lightening and burned down. Now, call me what you will, but if I believed in the that sort of thing, I'd be saying, uhhh, perhaps He didn't like it and let's not put it back up? What do you think guys??? But apparently, they are excited to rebuild it to it's original glory asap. Creepy looking thing!!! In a goofy ass song I heard about it, there was a line in it..."sweet cream Jesus....unsalted Jesus......I can't believe it's not Jesus....." I lost it. I guess I never heard that part before. I giggled and giggled. Never a full blown laugh until I saw a Tshirt.........
