Vid rec: SPN
Usually, when I rec a vid it's just because I like it. Because the characters are pretty or I'm amused by the music or it makes the shipper in me gleeful. It doesn't have to be technically good or thematically impressive or anything that would get vidders talking. I'm not a vidder; I don't know the ins and outs or the language. I can generally recognize a bad vid from a good vid from a great vid, and some of the reasons why, but I'm not confident enough in my knowledge to share what I see with the world.

The Fall of Man by obsessive24. It's Dean/Castiel with spoilers from 4.22. She uses outside footage and edits it together in a way that I've rarely (if ever) seen in vids. And god, the parallels she brings out between Dean and Castiel are just achingly spot-on. I love it.
