Oh, this was great. Uther/Morgana is tough to get right but you've struck the right balance of care and lust and effed-up-ness that makes their relationship work. You get Uther so in character, as well. It was completely believable. Really great work here - keep it up! ^_^

Wow. The dynamics between them were perfectly fleshed out- I especially liked your insight into what changed between them in the wake of 1.08. Your Morgana was great and your Uther voice was perfect- I loved the way you juxtaposed Igraine and Morgana in his mind.

PS. tiny mispelling: She smooths the oil into his skin, all the way down to the edge of his sleeping pants, and he's suddenly struck by how truly inapprorpiate -- inappropriate?

Love the chemistry between them and that she went to him after his battle. Also LOVE that Uther didn't whoop it up after beating the unbeatable warrior and cementing his place as "Ultimate Knight" in his people's eyes. He, instead, went all pensive and broody (and sexy) and was left to be sought out by Morgana! *applauds*

Ooooh, this was wonderful. So, so incredibly perfect. And hot. And slightly tragic. And the voices were so spot-on. I love that it wasn't really about love for either one of them. It was about satisfying a need. Morgana wanted to be connected to Uther to reassure herself he was still there, and Uther simply needed contact. I love that they both knew what it was and that it couldn't continue. That actually sets up a great dynamic for their future interactions. Anyway, I really, really loved this. My favorite bit:

Her eyes shine defiant, more clearly so in the dark. She would be completely magnificent if not for the fact that she is so dead set on needling his pride.

That is so very Uther.
