I'm watching Boy Meets Grill on the Food Network right now, which makes me ache for New York. Actually, being practically vegan (except for egg whites and seafood, don't ask), I don't eat like 99% of what Bobby Flay cooks, but I watch that show because I love watching him go on adventures in different parts of the city to buy cheese and whatnot. And his accent is funny.

Speaking of the Food Network, I highly recommend this recipe for Moroccan Spiced Chickpea Soup that my mom saw on Dave Lieberman's show.  It's absolutely delicious and, if you use vegetable stock (which we did), vegetarian.  I'm definitely going to make this at lot when I'm at school because it's so easy, and I can store it in the fridge and live off of it for a week.

I have to get ready to go to work in five minutes, so here's a quick update: The Disneyland applican process?  Crrrrrazy.  I went to their Career Center Tuesday, applied for summer employment, had to come back for a final interview on Wednesday, was offered a seven-month-long internship, declined and was put back into the pool for summer employment, was not offered summer employment because I applied so late, am going back to school so early, and need 10 consecutive days off in the middle.  So I went to the mall, put in five or six applications, and accepted the first job offer I receieved: The Limited.  I started yesterday, and it's really fun.  The girls I work with are very sweet, and when the store's close to empty, we dance around to Prince music while we hang up strapless tops in order of ascending size.  I like that I got to start work immediately, and I'm working 20 hours this week.

Okay, I have to go now and blow dry my hair, painstakingly apply my make-up, and put on the black cropped pants I bought yesterday using my discount (since I don't have anything from The Limited and thought it'd be better to have a few of their pieces to wear to work) and Ella Moss wrap top.  Plus, Molto Mario is on now, and I hate that show!
