traffic by charging $1 for everything on the site with a one time
$5.00 shipping charge. No matter how much makeup you purchase, the
shipping charge will not increase.

*EDIT: this stuff is not available at bloomingdales, its basically the new wet 'n wild and will always be a dollar, has always been. DUPED! but the reviews online sound like its still an amazing bargain for what you get, so I only feel a little bit duped. sorry if you feel like a chump.
