Fiona lives
So Fiona Apple finished her latest album 'Exraordinary Machine' in 2003 but Sony never released it because it didn't have a marketable single on it, so rather than wast the money on promotion, they shelved it.
Dj Harms from 107.7 The End somehow got a copy of the album and has been leaking it out on the radio and the internet, I found this out in my endmail last week, I usually delete endmail but there was a subject line about the chemical brothers and Natalie really likes them so I opened it, I scroll down and I see a picture of Fiona and 3 links to unreleased songs from the album!
Now I'm glad I didn't bother to unsubscribe from endmail all those years ago when I stopped listening to the radio.
Anyways after extensive searching I found the whole album for download via bit torrent. YAY! I'm super happy because I've been checking the website for a release date of a new album about every 4-5 months or so for YEARS (since the release of when the pawn) and now, out of nowhere and about 2 months after he last time I checked the website I stumble across this.
I really love this album, it's highly orchestrated and really unique and just beautiful.
