cosupray halp! :D

so! i'm doing an original water fairy cosplay, but i need some opinions. anyone's input is greeeaatly appreciated. and you don't need to even be into making cosplay to help me out, so please read! :D thanks.

here is the style of dress i'm doing:

these are the two fabrics i'm using for the main dress. on the left there is a gradiented glitter sheer fabric. on the right is a silver blue satin.

i tried my hardest to match the gradient of the sheer fabric here. it stretches over about 4 feet, so the gradient is going to pretty much take up the length of the dress. i want to make the gradient directly up and down, but i'm thinking i may have a hard time with this.

QUESTION 1: which way should the gradient face? should i make it light on the top fading to dark as it goes down, or dark on the top fading to light as it goes down?

here's a picture of the fabrics side by side.

and here's a picture of them on top of each other. that's how it will look on the dress, since the satin is the slip underneath and the sheer fabric is going over that.

now that you see the colours of the fabrics, i need help choosing out a wig that will look perfect for that "water fairy" look.

QUESTION 2: which of these wigs would look best with the fabric to get a good magical water fairy look? which ones are a definite no? i put letters next to the wigs so you can just use those to answer. the tealish ones are reeeally pretty, but some of the darker colours may look really good too.

QUESTION 3: what sort of accessories do you think would look good in the wig?

QUESTION 4: i need wings that will also look good with this combination. i have some shape styles here, so pick one out! you can always combine or describe a completely different shape, but here are some ideas.

QUESTION 5: should i use the gradient glitter sheer fabric i'm using for my dress on the wings? i will of course add more glitter and puffy paint and odds and ends, but i need a base fabric. if i don't use that fabric, what colour should i use instead for water themed wings?

QUESTION 6: anything else you can think to add! i want this to be a reeeally good detailed costume, so any other suggestions would be wonderful. thanks for reading. <3
