Blake Lively rocks a bold blue dress by Emilio Pucci as she arrives at the Elle Style Awards, held at the Grand Connaught Rooms on Monday (February 14) in London, England.
The 23-year-old Gossip Girl actress took home the award for Best TV Star at the star studded show, which was hosted by British fashionista Alexa Chung.
Blake, who brought her sister as her date to the show, finished her look with magenta Louboutin heels.
