i'm joshua spickler, you may or may not know me, but tiffany was a sister and a best friend to me, and another daughter to my parents
i've never had to do something like this, so i'm sorry if it comes out bad
at around 1 or 2 AM, tiffany was hit by a car when she stopped to help someone on the side of the road
this was at i-95 and cypress creek road
she was killed
if you have any information on relatives, or you need to get in touch with my parents since she lived with them, or....i dont even know...
