So much for getting out of this weekend without event! Ariel really should have taken into account the fact that not everyone in Atlantica was a strictly stuck in the sea as her immediate family. She was learning from her oversight the hard way, too

Kermit was off trying to keep Piggy out of trouble, so Rowlf got to follow Robin around, looking for fun, and/or trouble to get into.

He stopped at Ariel's door, and Rowlf liked what he saw. "Aha, finally something normal around here."

To that, Ariel could only send a surly look toward the door, because since when did torturing young women to sing scales endlessly become normal?

She was about to say hello, but her attempts were interrupted by a tapping of a baton on her bed again.

"Please," said Sebastian loftily, "do not interrupt or distract my student. She is long overdue for her lessons. If you'd like to listen, though, da audience might do her good."

What? A chance to tease a self important talking animal who wasn't likely to be able to knock him across the room? There was no way Rowlf was going to turn that up.

"Sounds like fun."

"Ariel," Robin introduced, "This is Rowlf the Dog. Rowlf this is Ariel."

"Hi, Rowlf," Ariel smiled, giving the dog a little wave. "Robin, Rowlf, this is Sebastian the Crab. He's my tutor."

"And I am getting no tutoring done at da moment," Sebastian pointed out with irritation. "If you do not mind, I have months of work to try to catch up on! We must not let dis beautiful voice be wasted!"

"You're right. Your voice shouldn't be wasted." Rowlf said to Sebastian. "But if you haven't practiced for months you've only yourself to blame."

"I am talkin' about da girl, obviously," said Sebastian with a sniff.

"Well what've you been waiting for?"
