Sorry if this offends you but everybody poops!..haha... and well.. since I've been more concerned about my health I've noticed a change in my body and bowel movements. I used to be one that got a bowel movement once a week. Gave up meat year ago, Did some cleanses, Helped but only temporary or helped a little. Recently I went vegan.
And I have amazing energy & go to the bathroom about every time I eat if not more. Hense a week before I went vegan I was backed up for a week and I wanted to shoot myself. Now I understand why most men are so obsessed with pooping. I'm really excited about my n ew way of eating. I've eaten some of the best dishes that have ever touched my taste buds and I feel really good. My long term friend stephanie went Raw, Don't know if I could go that intense cause I like cooked meals and don't have that much patience. I think its rad though. I DID find out I do have a gulten intolerance so since alot of the food has gulten I just got some natural enzymes to help me digest my food better or else I literally look 4 months pregnant every time I eat...
