this week i'm going to try something different. I can't seem to get below 125 and my summer goal is 115... I've been eatting less but still not as good as I could. Someone reminded me that cutting out most carbs & dairy would help. I looove cheese and I love carbs. And since I can't cut out carbs out entirely cause thats obviously not very healthy, I'm gunna get a protine mix for when im hungry in the morning/mid day and try to eat raw vegetables & salads, and start taking my vitamins again. Also I need to stop drinking as much as I have that will keep those pounds hangin on. Stephanies birthday is this weekend so I may cheat friday but other than that its on. 115 here i come!!
