scooter
i might buy a scooter when/if i get a bonus later this month. can anyone tell me anything about what to look for or avoid or anything? i know nothing at all except that they are cute and i want one and it is cheaper than a car and i will need a good raincoat. also i think 50cc will suffice, i just want it to get around town, and i dont want to have to get a special license. are they easy to learn to drive? will it skid out and kill me in the rain? etc? help!
