my heart belongs to portland
There's nothing like a 2 mile walk home at 10 pm to wake you up when you should be sound asleep. one thing i love about Portland is that it feels very safe. i would have been scared shitless to walk home 2 miles in the dark in sacramento, but walking home tonight, the scariest thing i encountered was a lady walking her dog and a cute friendly cat that walked with me for about a block. i love this city. in addition, i spent a total of $20 tonight, and i ate seared tuna, spring rolls, half a cheeseburger, tempura shrimp, a pint of stella, a tall can of hamms, a donut and some coffee. i will say it again, i love this city!
