food and stuff.
you know, i am not a huge fan of paesano's. but i went there to eat last night because i was craving pasta, and it is walking distance to my work. i got the special and it was pretty much the most delicious thing i have ever eaten there. spinach, fresh tomatoes, bacon, carmelized onions all in a garlic cream sauce and covered with feta cheese. it was so so so perfect. surprisnigly perfect.
then i went home and played The Movies for a while. that game is driving me nuts. Aaron, did you finish it? i am still trying to get my studio up to 5 stars and one of my stars up to 5 stars. then i will have one more stupid certificate to get before i am done. so so annoying. I might start it over again!
when brian got off work, he swung by lipstick to get me free Morningwood stuff, 2 singles, and a pretty neato poster. he convinced me to go with him to lipstick for a littlet while. got to see Zak, Kz, and Katie, which was all very cool. had one delicious Newcastle and then headed home to get some sleep.
Zak informed me that Eisley is playing at The Library in April, headlining, for $10! i am beyond thrilled as i didnt go to the last show they played at (opening for switchfoot!?) and the previous one got cancelled (when they played with snow patrol!).
so i still have not talked about The People of Paper (by Salvador Plascencia). I finished it about a week ago, and i just am not sure what to say about it. i really really really loved it, in fact i think if i re read it i will love it even more. it is so unlike any other book i have read, and i love it for that. i hope the writer writes lots of interesting and wonderful books so that i can become his biggest fan. go read it, seriously. and if you want, you can recommend me some books.
now i am reading Slaughterhouse Five (by Kurt Vonnegut). i have never read it, but i have read a few of his other novels. so far, 44 pages into it, i dont get what all the fuss is about, i liked Cat's Cradle 10 times more right away.
Meredith and i are going to dinner tonight, sushi i think. then Project Runway. then are we going to Karaoke at Kamon again?
work is irritating today. what else is new. i like my new pants. my hair is getting so long. i am hungry. peace out.
