Hello guys, I miss you people a lot! Update of life over in Melbourne.The weather is COLD but still bearable at times.
Its been 12 days, and school begins tomorrow. Its Sunday today and why on earth did I wake up so freaking early..Wth! Roomie left to meet her Aunt cause her aunt is leaving melb today. So yea I’m alone with the accompany of music on itunes. How cool can that be. Brekkie was just a slice of peanut butter bread + tea. Lunch time soon. I feel like cooking maggie but shit, the pot so huge, I’m lazy. I need to buy rice too.
Back to school issues. I have school every single day. Am worried that I might get lost finding the place of lecture theatre. Oh my god. Gonna reach school early and find the place. :D So I’m taking Bachelor of Science, major in biotechnology, specialise in molecular biotechnology, genetics stream. Sounds complicated yea. I know. Lol. I took different course as the guy who is doing the same major, so I’m alone. New friends, new people, new faces, new environment. I’m scared, anxious plus a lil bit of excited.
The subjects I’ll be having this sem:
1) Human and medical genetics
2) Drug treatment of disease
3)Childhood, Young identities and Change
4) Music and health

Can someone tell me if I shld get the internet here at my place cause currently, I’ve signed up for pre-paid one with 5GB that has an expiry of 6 months, paid $149 for it. 6GB means no video, no download, no uploading of pictures and lesser msn/skype. The connection fee is $70, monthly is $25 for 6GB, it works out to be $39/mth on a 5 months basis. Everything is all bout money. I’m not some rich-ass girls. I’m just broke and learning to view money differently, like aunties at the wet market.
I must resist shopping too! I miss shopping in Singapore where I can still afford clothes and pretty looking stuffs that makes me happy, especially in front of my vaio screen. Right now I have to pay bills: Rent, Electricity+Water, phone, school fees, expenses, groceries, and the list goes on. Oh dear. But it’s all part of growing up. I just need to learn to manage my money :D Yay to lesser buys and more of window shopping! Great.
Ok I shall go unpack clothes and do some cleaning and tidying of the place. I love clean places. :D And see what else I can do.
