It's kind of funny, I usually try to avoid spoilers at all costs, but somehow I stumbled into one - and almost didn't want to watch the episode because of that. So, before watching I skimmed your post, knowing we usually have a similar opinion. Yep, never fails.
This was an awesome episode. I have to watch it once more to go more into details, but I try.
Every second with Eliot in this episode is a second I loved to pieces. Kudos to Christian Kane, because I bought every inch of it. Eliot with the CIA agent was fantastic, I'm going to watch that over and over again.
I agree, it would be interesting to see what goes on with Eliot after this...we always have fanfic just in case.
I liked the final scene between Eliot and Nate, because I like them better getting each other and holding together, but I still feel like the tension between them just disappeared. Honestly, I'm very tempted to ask that at the con next week...
I liked how they hopped between Hardison and Eliot, between rich and poor. Very nice effect.
I was concerned before this episode about it being all Parker/Hardison, but it wasn't as bad as I feared. I can almost live with the relationship if it's treated like this. Please note the almost ;).

I just have one, maybe two things I didn't like: Yes, I know Eliot can't always be everywhere, but when did everyone start being a hitter as well? I would have been angrier if they didn't finally let Eliot have a real part in a con again, that saved the whole thing for me.
If I ever start writing a Leverage fic without a LL challenge, Hardison taking out his ear thing to talk to Parker is one of the things that'll be in there...
What else? I assume next week will be heavy on Nate and Sophie, both in general and on the relationship part, the first because they were less in this one and the second because they always switch between the two couples.
