GRR!
So I'm teaching a summer class at 8 am. I was pretty confident that the class would never have to be canceled due to weather because after all, it's in the middle of summer.
Then I left to go to work and discovered that they've completely blocked off both sides of my road due to flooding. I am right smack in the middle of the flood zone apparently, and the roads are impassible. WTF. So I had to cancel my class since I can't more than ten feet down the road either way before I run into flooded section that has been taped off. I couldn't even find a sneaky way through a parking lot.
Needless to say, I'm not a happy camper. This puts me a day behind, means I'm trapped at home, and I got up for nothing.
